Karine wasn’t sure what she was seeing across the street. It looked like Terry was carrying people around or something. She told Janice she’d be gone for a second and ran to the bakery to check it out. Sure enough, Terry’s boss was forcing him to display various feats of strength. Just as Karine walked in, Terry got down on the floor and started bench pressing Vani. His face was red and sweaty and he kept yelling at Vani to stay still. Vani was doing his best to remain rigid and Lee was keeping count.
When he reached ten reps, Terry pushed Vani aside and tried to get up but Brown told him to do push-ups. Terry sighed and turned over and did as he was told. Vani also followed orders, climbing onto Terry’s back after Brown told him to.
“Myles! Come in here and ride Terry!” Brown shouted towards the kitchen.
“No!” a strangled voice replied.
“I’ll ride him!” That Jennifer girl who looked like a boy squealed and climbed onto Terry’s back. He grunted in protest but kept going.
Karine texted Cerise about the situation and thirty seconds later she arrived. She joined Karine and they both watched with a mixture of amusement and embarrassment.
“You know he’s probably loving this,” Karine said with a smirk.
“You mean ‘cause of everyone seeing how strong he is?”
“Yeah, he’s totally getting off on it.”
“That girl is getting off on it,” said Cerise with a look of disgust.
“I know, what is up with that chick? She’s a child, it’s weird.”
“I know, right?”
“So hot,” said Janice from out of nowhere.
“Janice!” Karine exclaimed. “What are you doing here? Who’s watching the store?”
“There’s no one there right now. I’ll run back if anyone shows up. This is way worth it. Cerise, your boyfriend is so hot.”
“Ok, enough,” said Terry, collapsing to the ground. “Get the fuck off me!” he yelled to Vani and the little girl.
Vani rolled off and made it like a flamboyant somersault but the little girl just giggled and bounced up and down on Terry’s back. So gross. Terry stood up with effort and she fell to the ground unceremoniously. They all laughed their asses off, even her. Terry looked at Karine and Cerise with surprise, asking when they’d arrived. You could so totally tell by the look on his face that he was loving all this attention but pretending like it was annoying. What a dork.
“Well I have to get back to work,” announced Cerise, walking back outside with a huge smile on her face.
Karine followed suit, dragging Janice with her, who kept babbling about Terry’s hotness.
“You seriously have to shut up about Terry,” Karine advised. “You’re giving him a big head.”
“I like his head big.” Janice cackled at her own joke all the way back to the ice cream shop.
